Welcome to the Bedford County Group Homes!
The Bedford Group Homes is and always has been a unique place where outcomes and lives have changed. We have a history of not just impressive statistical outcomes but tangible life change. We do this by tailoring treatment modalities and plans to best suit the child. We can accomplish this by having only six children per house. Our staff to child ratio is one to three to ensure individual, purposeful and specific interventions. Our interventions are designed to foster trust and cooperation with each resident and build a life long relationship.
This type of permanent relationship becomes the foundation of all that we do. It is out of this relationship that we do cognitive behavioral interventions as well as behavior modification. Equally as important as a treatment modality is genuine care and concern that we show our residents by the unique culture that we have created. Our staff is very qualified and degreed individuals that have been trained and continue to be trained in the latest and most comprehensive interventions available today.
We exist to serve teens in need.
