New Hope Academy

New Hope Academy is a school for students who are currently not doing well in traditional educational settings, either due to poor academic performance or behavioral problems. The school is co-ed and serves students from the 5th-12th grade. We have a special G.E.D. preparatory classes and work with students in special education classes.

Our Segue Program for boys and girls between the ages of 18-21, who have an I.Q. of 70 or above. Our program is unique due to the motivational structure, level of staff encouragement and interaction, regular social skills training, and student-specific service plans. 

 

Supervised Visitation

The Bedford County Group Homes offer a unique service to residents and local Department of Social Services through it's visitation center. We provide the opportunity for people who have been ordered by the court, or whose social worker has requested supervised visitation, a comfortable and private meeting place.
